TOPIC: What do you believe will be most important for
ensuring Australia’s future economic prosperity, and why?
Entrants should write an essay of no more than 2,000 words.
Entries open: Wednesday 29 March 2017 and entries close at 5pm (AEST) on Friday 14 July 2017.
A panel will determine a winning entry and two commendable entries in August 2017.
Entry is open to all students enrolled at an Australian tertiary education institution as at the opening date for entries.
Treasury employees, contractors, and consultants to Treasury are not eligible to enter.
The Prize: The winner will receive a prize of $2,500, with prizes of $1,000 each awarded to the two runners-up.
